- 1 can nonstick cooking spray
- 1.33 cups quick cooking oats
- 0.5 cups white sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
- 0.5 cups raisins
- 1 cup mashed bananas
- 0.25 cups skim milk
- 2 count egg whites
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with nonstick spray.
Mix together oats, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, and raisins. In a separate bowl mix together bananas, milk, egg whites, and vanilla. Beat all together.
Transfer to prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for about 35 minutes.
Cool and cut into 36 bars. You may sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, if desired.
