Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lb Shrimp deveined
  • 0.5 cup Rice Flour
  • 0.5 cup Corn Starch
  • 5 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Jalapeno chopped
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • 1.5 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Sichuan Pepper Powder

Instructions
 

  • Coat the shrimp with a mixture of corn starch and rice flour and fry at medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes or until crispy.
  • In a separate pan, add butter, garlic, jalapeño, salt, pepper, and Sichuan pepper powder.
  • Sauté together for 30 seconds and add in the fried shrimp.
  • Mix for 30 seconds, making sure every piece of shrimp is covered in the seasoning. Garnish with cilantro.
