- 1.5 lb Shrimp deveined
- 0.5 cup Rice Flour
- 0.5 cup Corn Starch
- 5 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 Jalapeno chopped
- 4 tablespoon Butter
- 1.5 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Sichuan Pepper Powder
Coat the shrimp with a mixture of corn starch and rice flour and fry at medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes or until crispy.
In a separate pan, add butter, garlic, jalapeño, salt, pepper, and Sichuan pepper powder.
Sauté together for 30 seconds and add in the fried shrimp.
Mix for 30 seconds, making sure every piece of shrimp is covered in the seasoning. Garnish with cilantro.
