Chicken Thighs

  • 4 pieces bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

Seasoning

  • 4 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 4 teaspoons dried minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Place chicken thighs in a baking dish; season both sides with garlic powder, dried minced onion, and salt.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink at the bone and juices run clear, about 45 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into thickest part of thigh, near the bone, should read 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).

Notes

For a different version, toss chicken thighs with 1 tablespoon olive oil, and add 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning and the juice of 1 lemon to the seasoning. For a spicy kick, add ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper or ½ teaspoon smoked paprika.
