Equipment

  • Oven
  • skillet
  • baking sheet
  • parchment paper

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, diced or shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped optional for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with the minced garlic until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the Parmesan and cheddar cheese until evenly combined.
  • Flatten each biscuit into a circle using your hands or a rolling pin. Spoon a generous tablespoon of the beef mixture into the center of each biscuit. Fold the edges over the filling and pinch tightly to seal.
  • Place the sealed biscuits seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the biscuits are cooked through.
  • Let them rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

Add a sprinkle of garlic powder to the butter for even more garlic flavor. These are perfect for parties, tailgates, or after-school snacks. Make them ahead: assemble and refrigerate, then bake fresh when ready to serve.
