- 1 8-oz. triple cream Brie cheese round cut into small cubes
- 5 oz. creamy Swiss cheese at room temperature
Other Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. heavy whipping cream at room temperature
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp. paprika plus more for garnish
- ¼ cup finely chopped fresh chives plus more for garnish
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped pickled jalapeño chiles from 1 (11.5-oz.) jar
- to taste Soft pretzels or pretzel crackers for serving
Preparation
Using a fork, mash Brie and creamy Swiss cheese in a medium bowl until mixture is well combined, about 2 to 3 minutes.
Beat heavy cream into cheese mixture, 1 tablespoon at a time, with an electric mixer on medium speed until fully incorporated and creamy, about 1 to 2 minutes.
Beat in mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and paprika on medium speed until well combined. Fold in chives and jalapeños. Cover with plastic wrap, and chill in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
Let stand at room temperature 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with additional paprika and chives. Serve with warm soft pretzels or pretzel crackers, if desired.
