Smoothie Base

  • 2 cups raspberry yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

Toppings

  • 1 banana sliced
  • 0.5 cup strawberries sliced
  • 0.5 cup blueberries
  • 0.5 cup raspberries
  • 0.5 cup granola homemade or store bought
  • honey for drizzling, optional

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a blender, add the raspberry yogurt and frozen berries. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides if necessary.
  • Pour into bowls and top with sliced bananas, sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and granola. Drizzle with honey. Enjoy while still cold.

Notes

If you have an older, less efficient blender, you can warm the frozen berries in the microwave for 1 minute at 10% power to avoid icy chunks.
